Samsung LA46F71B LCD TV Board circuit works as follows:

From the LNB output frequency signal to the video controller chip IC502, inside the IC502, demodulator, a/d converter, decoder, deinterlacing, image zoom processing, sending them to the Interior LVDS Transmitter, and convert LVDS serial data signals, sent to the LCD Panel circuits driven LCD display image.
