Core tips£ºPanasonic NV-DX100 digital camera image, red black fault repair method

The machine after startup, the introspection is normal, replay images and sounds nice, normal TEST signal output, when shooting images, the red part become black.

Failure of parts should be in the CCD imaging and related circuit. Can replay and output is normal, normal pretreatment circuit to the output circuit and PULS circuit work normally. Use oscilloscope to check more R, G, B three road output signal waveform, finds the way to R no waveform signal output; Measured with the oscilloscope IC504 R signal output end (22) foot, G signal output end (24) foot, foot (30) B output signal, finds the way to R output waveform and the other two obviously different; Counter measure IC504 G signal input terminal (4) the foot, foot (68) R signal input, signal input terminal B (51) foot, foot (68) waveform found abnormal, using the oscilloscope observation IC506 (8), IC503 foot (8) feet, IC502 (8), compare the three CCD output waveform, found IC503 (8) feet with the other two pieces of IC (8) waveform, problems arise in IC502 (8) feet to IC504 circuit (68). With a multimeter to check IC504 resistance (68) and in the triode Q502, found has been damaged. After dismantling Q502 Q502, Q503, Q501 base waveform is consistent, that is Q502 damage IC504 (68) feet no R signal input, and then (feet without R signal output. After replacing Q502, measuring IC504 R signal (68) feet, (4) feet G signal and the signal waveform is consistent (51) foot B; IC504 (30) B, R, (24), (22) the feet G output normal. Commissioning shooting images, colourful, index is normal, the machine repair finished. Fruit apart CCD line, machine protection, no longer prove that the CCD is damaged, only, the overall replacement of CCD component, and should inform the customer about CCD damage prevention methods, like the bright light, flashing light, etc.
